Who we are
ZTQ Solutions is a privately owned training provider formed by specialists in training and computer technology solutions.
Figure 1 depicts the current organisation structure of ZTQ Solutions.
Our primary focus is on empowering people in the technology market by addressing entry-level skills and enhancing their talent. We also focus on a range of other technology-related products and services that build capacity in organisations and individuals.
ZTQ Solutions was established in 2019 by its directors who had a vision to contribute to the social and economic development of rural-based, previously disadvantaged people, in particular. The years since then have seen us developing our methodologies and refining our business practices through hard-earned experience. Notwithstanding the hard knocks of the Covid 19 epidemic, coming as it did just as we started our business, we have endured and are proud of our achievements so far.

Some of our projects and clients are:
Rural youth development in Kgautshwane, Limpopo. This project aimed to train suitable candidates on the basics of website design and development. Of the twenty candidates seventeen eventually graduated.
Figure 2 shows a view from the training venue an illustrated the deeply rural nature of the location.

Business Intelligence Developers in Tshwane, Gauteng. This project aimed to train technology graduates in the art of business intelligence analysis and visualisation. Many of the graduates went on to land jobs in various companies where they were able to kick-start their carreers in IT.
Data Analytics in Tshwane, Gauteng. This project was commissioned by Eskom, via our sister company, and aimed at training data analysts. The course also included:
- An introduction to project management.
- Presentation skills.
- An introduction to system analysis.
- An intrduction to software testing.
- Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer certification.
- Business level statistics.
- In introduction to SQL.
- An introduction to Power BI.
End User Computing: We trained delegates from Blue Diamond on the use of MS Excel.
Software testing - eHealth System for the City of Tshwane. We have been performing the software testing on the new eHealth system, on behalf of Zakheni ICT.
Course material development - eHealth System for the City of Tshwane. We have been writing the training manual for the new eHealth system, on behalf of Zakheni ICT.
Software testing - InteGreat System for the EWSETA. We have been performing the software testing on upgrades to the new InteGreat system, on behalf of ZakInfo.
